This is one of the best air b and bs we have stayed at. Everything was super clean. A great guide book, lots of recommendations. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch. It was easily walkable to downtown with shops and restaurants. The kitchen had every thing you could imagine you would need to prepare meals though we ate out because lets face it who wants to cook on vacation. lol. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal and the hot. It was great having a washer and dryer so didn’t have to go home with a suitcase full of laundry to do. I cannot recommend this place enough. If we ever come back to the area would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed in many rentals over the years, here and abroad, and this one ranks in the top 3. Our hosts covered every detail, including wrapped toothbrushes, to make sure we were comfortable and had our needs met. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with all necessary pots, pans, baking sheets and utensils, and that’s coming from us who enjoy cooking most of our meals when we travel. The apartment is 3-5 blocks from all the businesses and restaurants in St Andrew, as well as from Kingsbrae Gardens, the main attraction in town. A beautiful walking trail, which we used every day for our exercise, was an integral part of the St Andrew experience.

After our stay, we knew why Rosanne & John’s Airbnb has nothing but rave reviews. It is truly stellar and one of the best stays we’ve ever had! I’ve used a lot of Airbnb’s, and I’ve had many wonderful experiences, but this St. Andrew’s apartment was above and beyond. The attention to detail is impeccable with so many convenient & helpful features. These hosts are sincerely dedicated to ensuring you have everything you need for your stay. Not only are the rooms extremely comfortable with a “feeling right at home” atmosphere but the set-up makes it so easy for you to fully enjoy the space independently. So many thoughtful touches from the very well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living room with those amazing recliners to the most restful sleep in the comfy bedroom. And that’s just the inside of the apartment! Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the backyard, but we hope to return so that we can spend several days at Rosanne & John’s awesome accommodations!

Everything was PERFECT. Roseanne and John were great hosts–friendly, hospitable and respectful. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, they were faster than Amazon Prime when we asked them for anything. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool and firepit were added bonuses. The location was great, we were able to walk everywhere and not use the car. We definitely would not hesitate to stay here again. One of the nicest AirBnB’s we have stayed in.

I think that Rosanne and John should train all Airbnb hosts – they have done an amazing job with their Airbnb – definitely one of the best Airbnbs we’ve seen. A few of the many big and small details I appreciated: labelled switches, upgraded furniture and kitchen items – not the usual Ikea level of items we typically encounter in Airbnbs, a very helpful binder with everything laid out – no need to ask questions as everything we needed to know + more was already laid out for us, the AMAZING pool – large, private and heated, having access to their laundry room – they have cleverly configured their house so that the Airbnb guests have access to laundry without needing to enter the main part of the house, my husband loved the coffee selection, having a TV with cable plus the streaming platforms – a big step up from the ubiquitous ROKU TVs that we often encounter in Airbnbs, air conditioning – it was wonderful to retreat to a cool place on the hot day that we were there + much more!

Rosanne and John made remarkable effort to think of every possible thing you could need. The apartment was bright and super clean. They left an instruction book that delineates how to use everything. They reached out early and welcomed us, made themselves available, offered assistance and support as well as early check in and later check out. Rosanne and John also provided great info in the guidebook about places to see and restaurants ( we loved Honeybeans!). It was a pleasant surprise to find so many amenities including coffee, soda, and even toothbrushes. They left us a souvenir to take which was such a lovely gesture. The location was perfect, just down the street from the town center. It was lovely, peaceful and safe. We saw deer in the neighborhood on the way back from dinner! The apartment had lots of beautiful art ( some done by Rosanne herself!) It is clear why they receive 5 star ratings because they have literally thought of everything.
